Tyson

A real oldie Liam drew that I have just come round to coloring. It was a rushed concept art for a character in a lil story I am writing. While I was reading it to Liam, he began to quickly sketch up his impression of the character Tyson.

Here is what I read to him : Tyson found himself staring into a full length mirror opposite his bed, next to the entry door. He glared madly into the mirror, as though he were looking for someone, or something.
“Well?!” he shouted almost angrily, “Do we train today?” he waited…
“As always… yes…” responded a smooth and somewhat taunting male voice.
“Then let’s be on with it, spirit.”
“Why so formal today Tyson old friend? You know I am not a spirit, I am you.” The voice continued.
And now a dark grey cloud started to full the inside of the mirror and Tyson’s reflection began to alter and change; his height remained constant but his facial features deepened, his eyes were a plain navy blue without pupils, he became more broad and bigger in build, his already perfect posture was now enhanced by a somewhat visible aura of confidence. The blade that this reflection held was different from any of human craftsmanship, instead of the sabre Tyson held, it held a reflective blade; jagged and twisted from the handle to the tip.
